Cancellation and Reservation Policy

Please be advised that all cancellations will result in the loss of one night’s stay.

Our standard cancellation fees apply to all reservations, regardless of whether they are international or domestic bookings.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to existing bookings. To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us via email. If you call and we are unable to answer, please leave a message so we can confirm your attempt to reach us within the required 48-hour notice period. This is necessary for us to validate your request.

Example:
For a booking on January 4th, notice must be provided by midnight on January 1st to qualify for a refund or date change.

Long-Term Bookings (14 to 30 nights):
For stays of 14–30 nights, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for cancellations to be eligible for any refund, with the loss of one night’s stay.

Cancellations and Changes:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation will result in the loss of payment for the first night only, with a refund issued for the remaining nights.
  • For bookings of one day, there will be no refund for the first night; however, any additional fees, such as locking fees or pet fees, will be refunded.
  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in no refund for the entire stay or any reduced length of stay.
  • We do not offer refunds for early departures once you have checked in.

Date Changes:
If you need to change your reservation dates, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Date changes are allowed only once and may affect any special requests you’ve made. Additional date changes will incur a fee of $20 per change. Any date change must occur within the same calendar year, except for winter bookings, where a change from December to February may be accommodated. If you have already made one date change, no further refunds will be issued.

Please note that long weekends are blacked out for date changes.

Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel your reservation, please email or call us with your reservation number. Refunds will be processed within 6 business days of cancellation.

Important Note:
Our location is in Whistler, British Columbia, not Jasper, Alberta. We are unable to offer full refunds for guests who mistakenly book at the incorrect campsite. Normal cancellation policies will apply in such cases.
