🔥 Campfire Ban in Effect Starting June 7th 🔥
A fire ban means no open flames or burning of any kind using wood, charcoal, or other combustible materials. This ban is issued by the Municipality of Whistler and is enforced to help prevent wildfires during dry and high-risk conditions. 🌲
🚫 What’s Not Allowed During a Fire Ban:

Campfires (even in fire rings) 🔥

Charcoal barbecues ♨️

Wood-burning stoves

Any open wood-burning flame 🚫🔥
✅ What Is Allowed:

Propane fire pits

Propane or gas stoves

Propane or gas barbecues
These are considered safer because they can be turned off instantly and do not produce embers or sparks.
The fire ban will be in effect starting Friday, June 7th, and will remain until conditions improve and the ban is officially lifted. Please watch for posted signs throughout the park and follow all fire safety rules during your stay.
